We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our saunas. To give you peace of mind, we offer the following limited warranty:

Coverage

• Structural Components (Walls, Benches, Doors, Windows): 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal seasonal use.

• Heating Elements & Electrical Components: refer to heater manufacturer's guidelines.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence

• Damage caused by alterations, unauthorized repairs, or accidents

• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or knots (as these are not considered defects)

• Improper use as mentioned in sauna waiver (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Customer Responsibilities

• The sauna must be properly installed and maintained according to the provided instructions.

• Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and supporting documentation (photos, description of issue, etc.).

• Shipping costs related to replacement parts or repairs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
